• Write a letter to your future self and date it one year from now. You should imagine that you have accomplished all the goals you have outlined in your one-year plan.

• I will send it to you via email one year from now. Yes! I will. I've done it before.

• Make sure you include your personal email at the top or bottom of the letter.
