Accountability Team

Accountability Teams (aka A-Teams) are opportunities for you to get constructive feedback and ask questions about your gathering and provide constructive feedback to your classmates about their gatherings.

You will either volunteer for or get assigned to a group of 4 people after drop/add.

A-Teams
  • Aidan, Dahong, Katrina, Maan

  • Angelique, Lily, Mia, Sudipta

  • Sarah, Heidi, Rehma, Maggie

For the first meeting
  • Each member of the A-Team should introduce yourself, discuss your ideas for your gathering(s) and your .

  • Make sure you get each other's contact info (cell phone).

  • Follow instructions for the rest of the meeting in the on a weekly basis section below.

On a weekly basis
  • Check-in with each other INSIDE & OUTSIDE of class

  • Please note you can create your own Discord and I am happy to create a private Discord channel for your A-Team.

  • Conduct a weekly review

    • Review each other's calendar(s)

    • Review each other's , and your actionable tasks.

  • Your team should take notes about your meeting collaboratively (i.e. Google docs) OR you can rotate a notetaker position for each meeting.

    • These notes should include the names of the members of your A-Team, what kind of questions were asked, what kind of feedback was given, and any other insights from the meeting.

    • Post a link to your weekly notes in our Discord (only 1 per A-Team) every week beginning February 16.

  • Take notes for each other when getting feedback from the class.

  • Provide moral support and encouragement.
