Visualization Exercise

Close your eyes for 1 minute and visualize a gathering. Just write what comes to mind.

Freewrite for 2 to 3 minutes:

  • What do you want people to do (interact) at your gathering?

  • What do you want them to think about or how do you want them to feel while they're gathering? (i.e. What do you want your gathering's impact to be?)

  • How do you host or facilitate your gathering?

  • How do you think or feel about your gathering?

  • What is your gathering?
