# Project Plan Outline

Constantly iterate your project plan over the course of the semester. It may grow and/or shrink over the course of the semester. Don't worry about "getting it right." The creative process is messy. This outline is a stepping stone to your [project plan](https://deangela.gitbook.io/idm-senior-project-sp-2025-duff/assignments/project_plan-1).

## Project Plan Outline: Why + What + Who + How

* Create a google slides presentation (or another web-based presentation platform i.e. Prezi, Canva, etc.) with at least 4 slides with the headers, Why, What, Who, and How.
* Read the Project Plan Outline Details below.
* Add additional slides to discuss your [project scope using MoSCoW method](https://deangela.gitbook.io/idm-senior-project-sp-2025-duff/assignments/project-scope-moscow-method) under the What slide.
* Your file name should be "Lastname SP25 Project Plan Outline."
* Post a URL (preferably) or share a link to a pdf on this Google doc \[Link TBA].
* Add to your project documentation folder for your [end of semester deliverables](https://deangela.gitbook.io/idm-senior-project-sp-2025-duff/assignments/end_of_semester_deliverables).
* If you are working as a team, you should work on the project plan outline together. Make sure it has both of your names on it. You will each need to submit the same exact proposal.
